Le défi de la formation des enseignants, dans l’enseignement primaire au Cameroun
Mardi 23 avril 2013 à 19 heuresLieu : BGL BNP Paribas, Avenue Monterey , Luxembourg (entrée à l’angle : rue Notre-Dame/boulevard Royal) Orateur principal : Pierre Kamtoh, CESTL’orateur Pierre Kamtoh est magistrat et Président de la Chambre Judiciaire de la Cour de Justice de la CEMAC, qui regroupe l’Union Monétaire d’Afrique Centrale (UMAC) et l’Union Economique d’Afrique Centrale (UEAC).
Pierre Kamtoh est également Président de la CEST – Coalition Education et Santé pour Tous, une ONG camerounaise créée en 1990 et disposant d’une représentation dans différents pays d’Europe (Suisse, Pologne, France, Belgique, Pays-Bas).
La mission de la CEST peut se résumer ainsi : la santé est à la base de notre existence et de notre accomplissement. Mais sans l’éducation, la santé n’est pas suffisante pour assurer une vie décente. L’association Harambee, ONG internationale promouvant le développement des femmes et des enfants en Afrique, soutient la CEST dans l’amélioration de l’enseignement primaire au Cameroun.

The agricultural sector, including farming,
fishery, livestock and forestry contributes 20 % of the Filipino GDP, (Gross
Domestic Product) but the dairy industry represents only 2 %.
Despite the local climate and soils being very favorable for breeding livestock,
the Filipino dairy market is dominated by imported milk from major food
companies, such as Nestlé or Alaska. Such companies represent around 99% of the
market, making dairy products the
second biggest import of food products in the Philippines after rice. Furthermore,
despite being labeled as “fresh”, imported milk is not.
The business case presented aims to expand consumer
choice by setting up a pure local production of true fresh milk. In the same
time, this project contributes to the creating of local jobs and revenues. This project also contributes to society
by implemening practices familiar to the microfinance and the cooperative
sectors.

Dans la continuité du concept d’ « Impact Finance », SAKURA
Initiative invite Danilo Valenton Fausto, un entrepreneur social philippin
de renom, à exposer son modèle dans le domaine de l’élevage de buffles, pour
développer une industrie laitière locale.
In May 2012, SAKURA Initiative presented with the participation of its
co-founder, the economic, social and environmental framework of an
agri-business project in Africa.
In a series of conferences addressing the topic of “Imapct Finance”, SAKURA
Initiative is inviting Danilo Valenton Fausto, a well-established Filipino
social entrepreneur, to showcase his model with buffalos’ husbandry supporting
the development of a local milk production.
Im Mai 2012, lud SAKURA Initiative der Mitgründer eines in Afrika
angesiedelten Agribusiness Projektes ein, um die wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und
ökologischen erwarteten positiven Effekten vor Ort vorzustellen.
Als weiteres Beispiel des « Impact Finance » Konzeptes, wird
dieses Mal der philippinische sozialorientierte Unternehmer Danilo Valenton
Fausto seine erfolgreiche Erfahrung mit Büffelzucht für die Herstellug von

En
Mai 2011,
le « Comité de Soutien de la Microfinance » présentait (en
partenariat avec Aide au Vietnam) le bilan d’un vaste programme d’assistance
technique, entamé en 2009 pour le compte d’un projet de microfinance au Vietnam.
En
Décembre 2011,
le « Comité de Soutien de la Microfinance » est devenu SAKURA
Initiative, en réponse à un changement important de son périmètre
d’activité. SAKURA Initiative étend dorénavant son champ d’intervention
au secteur plus large de la Finance Responsable.
Cette
année,
le focus est porté sur la façon dont les petites entreprises peuvent construire une
stratégie solide, en intégrant dès le départ des facteurs-clé de durabilité.

programme started in 2009 with an on-going microfinance project based in
Vietnam.
In December 2011, the “Comité de Soutien de la Microfinance” was
renamed SAKURA Initiative, resulting from a change in its mission
statement. SAKURA Initiative aims now at stepping in a larger spectrum
of what could be called Responsible Finance.
One year later, it is chosen to shed light on how the small business
sector can take the lead with building its model around sustainable
key-factors.

(mit dem Partnerschaft von Aide au Vietnam), das Fazit aus einem in 2009
angefangenen technischen Unterstützungsprogramm für ein Mikrofinanzprojekt in
Vietnam.
In Dezember 2011, hat der « Comité de
Soutien de la Microfinance », durch die Erweiterung seinen Aktivitäten auf
das ganze Spektrum der nachhaltigen Finanz, eine neue Richtung genommen. Als Ergebnis, wurde den Namen in SAKURA Initiative
verändert.
Ein Jahr später, bringt SAKURA Initiative (in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Partner etika) ein neues Thema für
Diskussion an : wie können die kleinen Betriebe die, die Nachhaltigkeit als
Vorrausetzung ihrer respektiven Strategie setzen, einen positiven Vorteil
ziehen ?

En 2009, le premier Employee Volunteering Programme de grande envergure, appliqué sur un programme de microfinance, voyait le jour à Luxembourg, en partenariat avec l’ONG Entrepreneurs du Monde, France. Après 18 mois de collaboration, nous avons la chance de recevoir à Luxembourg Melle Phuong Do Bich, responsable des services non-financiers Asie chez Entrepreneurs du Monde. Une occasion de faire le bilan d’une expérience originale et riche en apprentissage, mais aussi de souligner et illustrer l’importance des services non-financiers dans une démarche de microfinance réellement axée vers les plus pauvres.
Das Jahr 2009 war der Auftakt in Luxemburg, des ersten umfangreichen im Mikrofinanz eingesetzten Employee Volunteering Programme im Partnerschaft mit der NRO Entrepreneurs du Monde, Frankreich. Nach 18 Monaten Zusammenarbeit, dürfen wir Ihnen den Besuch in Luxemburg Frauleins Phuong Do Bich, Leiterin der nicht-finanziellen Leistungen in Asien bei Entrepreneurs du Monde, ankündigen. Anlässlich dieses Vortrages, wird das Fokus auf das Fazit dieser sehr lehrreichen Erfahrung setzen werden und auch auf die Hauptrolle der nicht-finanziellen Leistungen um das Ziel der Mikrofinanz den Ärmsten gegenüber zu gewährleisten.

Employee Volunteering Programmes (EVP) : un créneau inexploité, pour répondre à la demande croissante en matière d'initiatives responsables.Chacun évoque aujourd’hui le fait que le monde change. Mais comment ? Un des leviers se trouve probablement dans la coopération entre le secteur marchand et non-marchand. Chacun d’eux détient une pièce du puzzle … Un bon partenariat n’est pas simplement une question de management et de monitoring des actions réalisées. Il y a d’autres dimensions qui doivent être prises en considération pour en assurer le succès. Les plans d'actions volontaires d'entreprise peuvent a priori s'envisager dans tout type de domaine : assistance à un orphelinat, à une coopérative agricole, microfinance, etc … Employee Volunteering Programmes (EVP) : eine noch unerforschte Lücke, um der Nachfrage nach höhere Verantwortlichkeit der Unternehmen in der Gesellschaft zu erfüllen.Es wird überall geschrieben, dass die Welt in ein grosses Änderungsprozess geraten ist. Aber wie sollte sie sich ändern ? Ein der Antworten, könnte sich in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Profit- und Nicht-Profit orientierten Wirtschaft ausfindig machen. Jeder könnte einen Teil des Schlüssels halten. Eine gute Partnerschaft ist nicht nur eine Frage von Leitung und Monitoring. Es geben andere wichtige Faktoren zu berücksichtigen, um den Erfolg zu gewährleisten. EVPs können in sehr verschiedenen Umfelde ausgerichten werden : im Finanzbereiche (wie mit Mikrofinanz) als auch in anderen Bereiche wie die Hilfe zu einem Waisenhaus, oder die technische Unterstützung zu einer landwirtschaftlichen Genossenschaft, usw … Employee Volunteering Programmes (EVP) : an untapped way to meet the growing demand to run responsible initiatives.Everyone is claiming that the world is changing. But how should it change ? One of the leverages may lie in the collaboration between the profit and the non-profit sector. Each of them may hold one piece of the puzzle … A good partnership is not just a question of management and monitoring. There are other dimensions to be considered to make it a success. Employee Volunteer Programs can apply in financial or non-financial related fields, such as : microfinance, assistance to an orphanage or to a farming cooperative, etc ... |

A l’invitation du Comité de Soutien de la Microfinance asbl, l’association Harambee France (www.harambeefrance.com), a tenu, le 21 juin 2011, une conférence à Luxembourg sur un aspect-clé du développement : la formation des maîtres d’école dans l’enseignement élémentaire en Afrique. L’action d’Harambee s’étend de façon connexe au soutien des élèves, via l’attribution de bourses scolaires ou l’achat de livres, ainsi qu’à la scolarisation des enfants dans les camps de réfugiés, par exemple au Soudan. Harambee favorise en particulier l’éducation des filles. En effet, comme l’a précisé l’orateur, Renaud de Clermont-Tonnerre, Président d’Harambee France : « Quand on forme des filles, on forme des mères et donc des familles ». Harambee France fait partie du réseau Harambee International (www.harambeeinternational.org), dont le siège est à Rome. Cette conférence était soutenue par différents partenaires : l’asbl Pétrusse, l’ALCIC – Association Luxembourgeoise des Cadres et Indépendants Chrétiens, ainsi que la Schengen Peace Foundation (www.worldpeaceforum.org). |
